How to Clear Your Search History

When you perform searches in Bing those queries are automatically stored in your history. From the history screen you can view recent searches, revisit search results, or delete searches.

To delete a search from history press Menu key, then select History to open History screen. Next:

1. Click and hold on an item to see the options – ‘Search’ and ‘Delete’
2. Then select ‘Delete’, to delete the item from the history list

In order to delete/clear the full history list by removing all of your recent searches:

1. On History screen, press Menu key
2. Select ‘Clear all’
3. On ‘Clear history?’ dialog, click Yes

 

 

How to Remove a Favorite

Bing lets you save geographic locations or businesses as a Favorite. The Favorites screen lets you map the location, view business details, or remove a favorite from the list.

To remove an item from your Favorites, press Menu key then select Favorites to open the Favorites screen. Next:

1. Click and hold on an item to see the various options
2. Then select ‘Remove from favorites’, to delete the item from the favorite list

In order to delete/clear all the favorites you have added:

1. On Favorites screen, press Menu key
2. Select ‘Clear all’
3. On ‘Clear favorites?’ dialog, click Yes
